I had the friendliest and the most knowledgeable people, help me with the repair on my trailer. I had a recall on my trailer, and they got it taken care of for no charge. One employee took the time to explain to me, how my water pump works, and I didn't need anew pump. My service was done so fast. I will always go to RV Land in Kyle for service on my trailer. - Sharon

I wanted to update my review since I recently had more, extensive repair work done on my RV at RV Land. The Service Department again did a great job fixing my Class B RV. John the service advisor, and Jeff the service technician made my repair experience smooth and easy. John was excellent at communicating to me each step of the repair process, and Jeff had the technical expertise to properly diagnose my problems and quickly complete the repairs. They also again worked with my extended warranty provider so I was able to get the repairs done for the amount of my deductible. I highly recommend RV Land and especially their Service Department! - Mark
First off this place has the most selection of pop ups around. Customer Rep Loyd was knowledgeable, friendly and available during my visits. Sales manager Jason was also helpful with me purchasing my first camper and making it an easy decision. Come pick up day, service rep. Joshua explained the entire in’s and out’s of the camper lasting over an hour and me not feeling rushed. After drive off with my purchase, Rep John is my dedicated person of contact should I have any issues or questions that may arise to answer and I have had a few so far. Needed new dryer for our RV - called and got the info we needed. Called again a couple of days later, and were surprised that they had it in stock, and that they could deliver it the same day!!! Great people- small, family owned business that gives you Route 66* warranty on all units, even used (this is a 66 day warranty on most items after purchase) They took care of everything she asked, gave us a great price and service. Frank was so helpful and easy to work with, Josh did an amazing and detailed job going over everything with my unit before I picked it up, and Scott made the financing portion a breeze.
